• CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES;
• SPECIAL DAMAGES;
• EXEMPLARY DAMAGES;
• PUNITIVE DAMAGES;
• LOSS OF PROFITS;

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF THE CAMPAIGN HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless David Perry for Congress and its officers, volunteers, representatives, contractors, consultants, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and attorneys' fees arising from:

• Your use of the Website;
• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your violation of any law;
• Your infringement of third-party rights.

  1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW

Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
